Recreational Scholarship Application

DSAHV Recreational grants are typically issued in the range of $200-$250 and are offered to families once per year. In order to qualify, you must have an active paid membership application on file. These grants support inclusion and should be considered if you are interested in an activity for your child in an environment with typically developing children, teens, or young adults.
